Whether you are a buyer, seller or homeowner, we provide comprehensive quote forms and calculators to help you plan and budget appropriately.
The services we quote for are fixed fee, and all-inclusive. All fees and disbursements associated with the service you have been quoted for are set out in your quote.
Is every quote 100% complete?
We work with our partners to provide detailed quotes that are as complete as possible at the outset.
For some services, the need for an additional service may only be spotted while the work is being carried out.
For example, during the conveyancing for a leasehold property purchase, your solicitor may discover an issue with the property that should be resolved with a Deed of Covenant.
If an additional service is required, you will be notified of this need before you are charged.
